1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This Website provides information about Brokerpac’s bespoke and custom-made packaging solutions. It is not an e-commerce site. Orders cannot be placed directly through the website; all projects are handled on a made-to-order basis following a quotation process.
1.2 We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. You should check this website periodically to review the current version.
2. BESPOKE PROJECTS AND QUOTATIONS
2.1 All Brokerpac products are custom-made according to the specifications, dimensions, and artwork provided by the client.
2.2 Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
2.3 Each quotation will specify conditions based on the project details and may include:
-
A single shipment to one address, typically on standard pallets with no access restrictions.
-
Prices that may vary depending on the country of delivery and the corresponding logistics conditions.
-
Delivery times that may vary depending on the country producing the product.
-
The possibility of receiving different quotations for the same project if the delivery location changes.
2.4 It is not possible to produce a single unit as a sample.
2.5 Quotations are based on the information supplied by the client. Any modification to the design, material, or specification may affect the final price.
2.6 We reserve the right to amend quotes at any time prior to the order confirmation.
3. TOLERANCES
3.1 Due to the nature of bespoke production, the following manufacturing tolerances apply:
-
Dimensional tolerance: ±5%
-
Quantity tolerance: ±10% (either upward or downward)
3.2 The final invoiced amount will reflect the actual quantity delivered within the tolerance range.
3.3 These tolerances are standard in custom manufacturing and do not constitute grounds for claim or return.
4. PAYMENT AND PRODUCTION
4.1 Production will begin only after: (a) full payment has been received, and (b) written approval of the final artwork and technical specifications.
4.2 Any delay in payment or approval may affect the project timeline.
4.3 Client approval of the artwork constitutes acceptance of these terms.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
5.1 Since all Brokerpac products are made to measure, cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
5.2 Returns or refunds are only accepted within 3 calendar days of receipt if the delivered goods do not conform to the agreed specifications, such as:
-
Incorrect materials,
-
Dimensions outside the specified tolerance,
-
Or proven manufacturing defects.
5.3 Returns for reasons such as change of mind, overproduction within tolerance, or aesthetic preference are not accepted.
5.4 Any claim must be supported by photographic evidence and submitted to hello@brokerpac.com within the stated period.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENCE
