Product Sample - Shipping Policy

At Brokerpac, we are committed to ensuring your samples arrive safely and efficiently so you can evaluate our products. Please review our shipping terms below regarding costs, locations, and delivery times.

1. Shipping Destinations and Costs

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for our samples. The cost of shipping depends entirely on your delivery location.

Free Shipping Zones

Brokerpac provides Free Standard Delivery on sample orders delivering to addresses within:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
  • 🇺🇸 United States of America
  • 🇪🇸 Spain

Please Note: If your delivery address is outside of these designated free shipping zones, please be aware that delivery fees will apply. Customers in any other region must contact us directly to obtain a shipping quotation before placing an order.

Rest of the World (Quotation Required)

For all other countries and regions not listed above, delivery fees apply.

  • How to Order: Please do not attempt to check out directly if you are outside the free zones.
  • Obtain a Quotation: You must contact the Brokerpac team to obtain a specific delivery quotation based on your location and sample weight.
  • Contact: Please email us at info@brokerpack.com or complete our Sample Request Form with your full address and the samples you wish to order. We will respond within [24-48] hours with a shipping quote and a secure payment link.

2. Order Processing Time

All sample orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation or quotation payment. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs processing or courier disruptions.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For UK/USA/Spain: While shipping is free, please note that depending on the value of the samples and local regulations, import duties or taxes may still apply in rare cases.
  • For Rest of the World: Your shipping quotation covers transportation costs only.

Important: Brokerpac is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (DAP - Delivered At Place).

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Lost or Damaged Samples

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, or if your samples arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@brokerpac.com with your order number.
